I'm glad OP brought this up. Buccal fat removal seems like such a short sighted procedure. At best, it's good (and I use that term loosely) for the 20s–early 30s crowd. What happens when you get older and start to hollow out? I don't understand why the plastic surgery gods came up with this 🤷♀️
